       Hi there! We're Jen and Trama (also known as Jason), and we're passionate about raising ADHD awareness. That's why we founded BirDaddio, a platform that uses art, information, and a little humor to help people understand this challenging condition. We know that every person with ADHD or person dealing with someone with ADHD has a unique story to tell, and we want to help you share your story with pride. That's why we create one-of-a-kind, made-to-order shirts that are comfortable and empowering. 

              When you buy one of our t-shirts, we generously share a portion of the proceeds with non-profits that support the ADHD and neurodivergent community. Moreover, we exclusively use high-quality products from Bayside, a company based in the USA that manufactures them using sustainable materials. From the farmers cultivating cotton in the USA to the final product, nearly 500 American hands have contributed to the creation of each t-shirt. By purchasing one of our t-shirts, you’re not only getting a stylish piece of clothing but also supporting American jobs and communities.

              Since its inception, BirDaddio has undergone significant transformations, consistently upholding its core mission of promoting ADHD awareness through ADHD Awearness. BirDaddio has expanded its offerings to encompass our passion for raising chickens and sharing farm-fresh eggs, thanks to the addition of Jen’s Hens. Recently, in recognition of Jen’s certification as a stone medicine practitioner, Birdaddio has launched Earthen Ether, a platform dedicated to providing information on the ethical mining and processing of stones with healing properties.
